Job Title: Product Owner – Integration Products

Location: Anywhere in the US ( 100% remote)

Job Description

As an Integrations Product Owner at Maersk, you will play a critical role in driving the development, implementation, and optimization of Integration solutions (both api/EDI) within our supply chain ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including platform products, business teams, sales, customers and other key stakeholders to ensure that our capabilities are world class and meet the evolving needs of our customers and business objectives.

Primary

Responsibilities

Strategy Development

Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for EDI solutions aligned with the company's supply chain objectives and market demands.

Build product vision and strategy, with a roadmap of features to support the product vision.

Product Roadmap Management

Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and initiatives for the Integration product roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business

requirements.

Develop and execute the Go To Market strategy for these products.

Requirements Gathering

Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather, analyse, and document business

requirements for scalable Integration standard interfaces, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.

Solution Design: Collaborate with software development teams to translate business

requirements into technical specifications and design scalable, efficient Integration solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems and processes.

Stakeholder Communication

Serve as the primary point of contact for Integration related inquiries and updates, facilitating clear and effective communication between internal teams, customers, and vendors.

Customer

Experience

Guide integration platform architectural designs toward a long-term vision of unifying the customer's

experience with both EDI and API

Quality Assurance

Define and implement testing strategies to ensure the accuracy, reliability, secure and compliance of transactions and data exchanges, identifying and addressing any issues or discrepancies as needed.

Performance Monitoring

Monitor and analyse key performance metrics for our standard interfaces, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization, automation, and process improvement.

Compliance And Security

Stay Abreast Of Regulatory

requirements and industry standards related to B2B, ensuring that our solutions adhere to relevant guidelines and protocols for data privacy, security, and compliance.

What You Bring

Experienced product manager, capable of managing complex roadmaps and working in collaboration with tech, science, UX, business and functional leaders.Passionate

about using technology to improve business outcomes for our customers.Strong analytical

skills with the ability to use data and metrics to evaluate hypotheses and assumptions to drive decision making.A natural interest in technology, standardization, automation, and optimization of processes.Understanding user needs and insights with an ability to translate these to digital journeys and user stories, specifically to reduce manual tasks.Strong stakeholder management

skills with the ability to communicate complex messages and drive alignment on the product direction.Ability to stay motivated in a fast-moving environment where priorities change and with a requirement to deliver results.Independent and self-motivated with a desire for continuous learning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.Proven

experience in a similar role, with a strong background in Supply Chain/B2B/EDI implementation and management within the Logistics domain.In-depth knowledge of EDI standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT), protocols (e.g., AS2, FTP), and data formats (e.g., XML, JSON).Familiarity with EDI software tools and platforms, such as EDI translators, mapping software, and VANs (Value-Added Networks).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management

skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal

skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Certification in EDI or relevant professional credentials (e.g., Certified EDI Professional) is a plus.
