Coordinate With Project Team Members To Ensure All Work Complies With Contract

requirements and work to minimize quality issues Coordinate with subcontractors on project for successful completion of project

requirements and scheduling Maintain organized program records that document all activities that are completed in compliance Review project design documents and provide feedback to team regarding any issues Assist project teams with change modifications with installations Confirm systems are operating as intended prior to final completion

requirements:

The CQC Manager, Must Either

Have a degree in engineering, architecture or construction management and at least 5 years construction

experience on similar work, or Be a construction person with a minimum of 10 years in related quality management work without degreeBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management with a minimum of 5 years related

experience In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years documented

experience in related federal construction projects is acceptableExpertise in construction industry best practices, procedures, concepts, and an overall understanding of construction contracts and documentationArmy Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management (CQM) certification highly desirable

Experience With Various Federal Quality Control Programs And Their

requirements is preferredEM-385 or OSHA 30 is desiredAbility to obtain specialized certification or licensing dependent on Company and Project

requirementsFlexibility to work extended work hours to meet deadlines
