• 4 year engineering degree preferred or equivalent work

experience- 1st shift position- Will need metatarsals- Plan and coordinate testing and analysis work for design projects varying in complexity from component only to complete development programs of broad scope.- Operate in a team environment within PV&V (Product Verification and Validation) and the design community.- Develop and execute test or analysis plans for product verification and validation.- Help establish short and long term objectives, goals, and priorities for the test lab.- Strong mechanical and or electrical aptitude- Strong problem solving

skills-Strong communication and organizational

skills - o write clearly and concisely to document test procedures- Ability to lead and execute vehicle tests- Ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions and make recommendations- Ability to communicate within a cross functional team across multiple sites and drive results- MS Office

experience- Willingness and ability to travel domestically to support field tests, etc.- Hands on

skills and aptitude with mechanical, hydraulic and/or electrical systems.
