Akkodis is partnering with a renowned media (and much more) company seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Data Platform (Ad Intelligence).

The Terms:Fully Remote is OK for this role but preference is for West Coast candidates as 1st Choice (Seattle/Santa Monica/LA).

Pay rate: $60-86/hr on W218-month contract with a possibility to convert to FTE

Summary: The job involves leading a team to develop and maintain a high-performance advertising data platform using big data technologies like Spark, Flink, Kafka, and AWS services, with a focus on scalability and real-time processing, while also mentoring team members and advocating best engineering practices.

Required

Skills/

Experience: 4+ years of professional programming in Java, Scala, Python, and etc.3+ years of big data development

experience with technical stacks like Spark, Scala Spark, and PysparkExtensive

experience with Object Oriented Programming in Scala or Java
