experienced Product Leader to lead a team of Product Managers creating and improving Alexa

experiences on Echo devices.

The Alexa Endpoint

Experiences team is responsible for ideating, designing, and building customer

experiences for Echo devices and the Alexa App. Customers have now purchased over half a billion Alexa-enabled devices. Join us as we innovate at scale to deliver huge customer and business impact!

Lead a team of Product Managers in developing and executing on a high-impact, customer-focused product strategy and vision for the next generation of Alexa

Experiences. Lead multiple initiatives in various stages of the product lifecycle - from ideation to development to launch to post-launch improvements. Develop detailed, crisp business

requirements that can be used to create product and technical specifications, and back them up with data. Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer

experience, performance, hardware constraints, operational support load, and competing priorities across multiple stakeholder teams. Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals. Drive product launches in collaboration with Engineering, Design, Marketing, PR, Legal, and more teams. Strong oral and written communication; you have the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.

Our

compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $158,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market

location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge,

skills, and

experience. Amazon is a total

compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of

compensation may be provided as part of a total
