Brief

Overview

A NOC Specialist for Acute-Psychiatry ensures an efficient patient journey through our service by acting as the liaison between the facility, provider, and operations. They provide support to all parties when needed to optimize the flow of psychiatry consults. The role includes critical thinking to make optimal operational decisions, troubleshooting (when necessary) with both providers, and following escalation protocols for more complex issues.

Managing patient queue, ensuring patients are being taken promptlyBeing attentive to different provider and facility needs and being able to adapt and make appropriate decisions to improve queue efficiencyProcessing clients consult request and alerting our providersBasic level of troubleshooting computer issuesComfortable working in a mixed technology environment (Windows, macOS, iOS, etc.) Assist with the installation and customization of software as a service (SaaS) systems. Ability to assist and support users remotely and in-person to troubleshoot and resolve hardware related problems in desktops and associated peripherals Should have a basic understanding of clinical applications, different EMR applications, and practice management software Generating customized performance reports and collecting data about company objectives User's management in the application and online portals

The typical hourly wage range for this position is $20.00 - $24.04. The actual hourly wage offer will ultimately depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to, knowledge,

skills, relevant

education,

experience, complexity or specialization of talent, and other objective factors. This role may also be eligible for an annual bonus based on a combination of company performance and employee performance. Long-term incentive and short-term variable

compensation may be offered as part of the

compensation package dependent on the role.
