Aon’s Property Team is looking for an Associate Broker - Hybrid Position

Your Impact As An Associate Broker

The primary function is to assist senior team members with the marketing of placements as well as working directly with clients to bind coverage. The Associate Broker works closely with Producers, Account Executives and clients to understand client’s needs.

Responsibilities

Accountable for routine support activities to brokers and senior brokers with defined deadlines, related to renewal strategy documents, proposals, submissions along with data analysis for the placement of insurance solutions.Gain & display coverage competency, knowledge of markets and relationshipsEffectively plan and manage renewal cycleLearn and master placement support systemsMay facilitate and/or participate in client/broker strategy meetings.Develop ability to broke less complex accountsMay send requests for quotations to the insurance carriers with opportunities to negotiation programs.Manages daily work within established guidelines and receives general instructions on newly introduced assignments.Assists with the processing of policy and related documentsProvides support to the account management process, when appropriateWith minimal guidance and supervision, identifies and analyzes client exposures and determines which markets to utilize, ensuring thorough evaluation of qualified companies in the marketplace.

Pay Transparency Laws

The

salary range for this position is $55,000 to $62,000 annually. The actual

salary will vary based on applicant’s

education,

experience,

skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The

salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic

location.
