Now hiring multiple Accounts Payable Specialists for a National Bank!On-Site in Raleigh, North Carolina 4 days per weekW2 $30/hourExpected to be a long term role as a contract to FTEW2-only contract, 40 hours per week, weekly pay, benefit options, paid for hours worked
Summary:Support Project Managers with invoices for their projects to ensure they are paid. Excel Invoice submission to OPR/Peoplesoft. Track and input invoices into payables system and notate expense to proper project in Clarity.Track invoices and update project financials. Update Excel spreadsheet to appropriate track invoices. Communicate directly with Project Managers when additional data is needed to complete invoices.
Required
Skills:Degree in Accounting or Finance OR 1+ year of billing, invoicing, accounts payable
experience.Strong MS Excel
skills.Detail-Oriented with high level of accuracy in data entry. Strong communication
skills.
