Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Visiting Assistant Professor at the Appalachian School of Law in Grundy, VA. As a Visiting Assistant Professor, you will be responsible for delivering lectures, leading discussions, and conducting research in your area of expertise. You will also provide guidance and support to students, including grading assignments and participating in faculty meetings and committees.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and expertise in the relevant field of lawExcellent oral and written communication

skillsAbility to effectively engage students and facilitate discussions

Experience conducting legal research and writingJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolPrevious teaching

experience is preferredActive membership in a state bar association is a plusDemonstrated commitment to
