WHAT YOU WILL DO• Utilize your established book of business to independently support and expand the laborand employment practice in the New York market• Provide strategic counsel to clients on a wide range of labor and employment matters,including discrimination claims, wage and hour law, employment contracts, workplacepolicies, and regulatory compliance• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—attorneys, paralegals, and support staff—todeliver innovative and effective legal solutions to clients• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys, fostering their professional growth anddevelopment within the labor and employment practice• Stay abreast of industry trends and legal developments, proactively advising clients oncompliance matters

REQUIREMENTS• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a top accredited law school• Admission to the New York State Bar• Minimum book of business of one million dollars• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining clientrelationships within the labor and employment sector• Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record ofeffectively managing teams and guiding strategic initiatives
