Qualifications:- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online for accurate and efficient handling of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable transactions.- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.- Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping or accounting

experience.- Bi-lingual capabilities are advantageous but not mandatory.- Applicants must be 18 years old or older.

Responsibilities:- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable using QuickBooks Online.- Assist in weekly payroll processes.- Conduct collections on overdue accounts while maintaining professional relationships with customers.- Respond to telephone inquiries, handle customer questions, and direct calls as necessary, along with timely and professional email responses.- Maintain confidentiality of vendor information and files.- Organize and file documents as required.- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and practices while upholding high work standards and a collaborative team spirit.- Utilize various computer programs including QuickBooks, Paylocity, and Microsoft Office Suite.- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive employee data.

Job Details:- Type: Full-time-

Salary: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour (up to $25.00 for exceptional candidates)- Hours: 40 per week-

Location: Ferris, TX 75125- Dress Code: Casual/business casual attire (jeans permitted, no holes, no sneakers)
