Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes. Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize hiring strategies.

Sourcing and Recruitment: Identifying and sourcing candidates for open positions.

Oversee the sourcing and screening of candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
