They Are Seeking A Dynamic And

experienced Vice President of Finance to join their team. This key leadership role will oversee all aspects of financial planning and analysis (FP&A), investor relations, and strategic financial management.

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making and business growth.Analyze financial performance, key metrics, and trends to provide actionable insights to senior management and stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting processes and systems to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.

Investor RelationsServe as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and other external stakeholders.Develop and execute investor communication strategies, including quarterly earnings calls, investor presentations, and roadshows.Build and maintain strong relationships with the investment community to support the company's capital-raising efforts.

Capital Raising And Ipo

ExperienceLead the development and execution of capital raising strategies, including equity and debt financings, to support the company's growth objectives.Coordinate with external advisors, legal counsel, and investment banks to prepare for potential IPO or other strategic transactions.Provide expertise and guidance on regulatory compliance, financial due diligence, and corporate governance matters related to capital markets activities.

Financial Strategy and Risk ManagementCollaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals and objectives.Assess and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management practices, including hedging strategies and insurance solutions.Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities and challenges for the business.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.8+ years of progressive

experience in finance roles, with a focus on FP&A, investor relations, and capital markets.Proven track record of success in capital raising, IPO readiness, and managing investor relations for publicly traded companies.Strong analytical

skills and proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation techniques.Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities and

requirements.
