The Colorado Intergovernmental Risk Sharing Agency (CIRSA) is seeking a Membership Services Coordinator with strong communication, project management, and relationship-building
skills. The Membership Services Coordinator plays a key role in our mission of providing Colorado municipalities with the risk management solutions they need to help their communities thrive.
The Membership Services Coordinator contributes to a variety of marketing, communications, outreach, and public relations
duties including client relationship building, engagement, recruitment, and retention efforts; managing and updating member contact information, and member access to the organization’s Risk Management Information System (Origami Risk). This position actively engages with CIRSA Members (Colorado municipalities and affiliated entities) via phone and email, and is the front line in terms of providing customer service, technical support, and remote troubleshooting as it relates to our member website and claims portal. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to help plan and attend memorable and meaningful Member events throughout the state.

Position Hiring Range: The
salary range for the position is $44,200 - $61,800, depending on
qualifications.

skills to use in managing projects and seeing them through completion.Enjoy interacting face-to-face with clients and prospective clients at events, fairs, and meetings to effectively promote CIRSA.Have excellent verbal and written communication
skills and can effectively convey information via phone and email.Understand and appreciate marketing and branding principles, campaign execution, and brand integrity.Have a proficiency for effectively managing data and monitoring and reporting on customer analytics through a variety of software systems.Enjoy finding new and more efficient processes for completing tasks and projects; have proficient computer
skills and are adept at learning new software applications.Take ownership for accomplishing new requests with the ability to manage multiple projects.Foster an inclusive workplace where

What You Bring To Cirsa
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field required.Work
Experience: Two years of professional-level
experience, or any equivalent combination of
education and
experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential
duties of the job listed above.Valid Driver’s License preferred.
