SEO Team Lead

As the SEO Manager, you'll lead our SEO team and manage the growth and success of the SEO team. You will collaborate closely with C-Suite to ensure our vision is seamlessly integrated into every aspect of our SEO strategy.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm; In-Office (onsite)

Responsibilities:Ensure quality product is being delivered for all clients enrolled in SEO products.Manage a team of SEO analysts, strategists, content writers, and developers.Craft and execute partner marketing strategies to drive growth.Develop comprehensive internal resources for seamless implementation across our portfolio.Provide expert guidance on SEO best practices and execution.Implement scalable tracking solutions using tools like Google Search Console and Analytics.Mentor and train teams on industry standards, company protocols, and best practices.Foster a client-centric culture focused on continuous learning and growth.Drive personal growth and development among SEO team through mentorship.Educate CHD on SEO advancements to ensure Account Managers & Sales team effectively communicate achievements and abilitiesBoost departmental and company revenue through efficiency enhancements, strategic diversification, and support for new business opportunities.

Required

Qualifications:3 years of SEO

experience.3 years of management/team lead

experienceProficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, SEMRush, AdWords, YouTube, etcDeep technical understanding of SEO industry and technologies.

Experience troubleshooting complex website issues.Agility to adapt in a fast-paced agency environment.Strong communication

skills for conveying technical information to diverse levels of digital marketing knowledge.Executive presence with excellent oral and written presentation

skills.Highly organized with acute attention to detail.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, GMail, GChat).

Preferred

Qualifications:5+ years of

experience managing SEO campaigns in-house or in an agency.5+ years of management

experience

Experience in automotive, legal, and/or medical industries.Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
