Experience with Monitoring and Performance tuning toolsManage the DEV/QA/PROD environments with high availability.Manage the deployments in all the environments DEV/QA and ProdRe-produce the anomaly in the integration / Quality environment,In case of erroneous escalation by the L2 support, complete the associated support documentation to prevent it from happening again,Qualify the incident and, if necessary, re-classify it as a request for evolution and log it in the Integration Platform evolution backlog
