Sr. Associate - Projects

Need a hands-on Salesforce BA similar who can work as traditional BA but also has a good understanding of Salesforce functionalities. Must be well versed in user stories,

requirements, process flows and Jira backlog creation working independently.

Must have minimum 6-8 years’

experience as Salesforce BA preferably with

experience in service cloud or alternatively FSL or Communities Cloud

Must Have Excellent Communication

skills and capable of running user requirement sessions with senior business stakeholders; writing user stories; backlog refinement

Preferred To Have Lifesciences

experience working in a Regulated environment

Nice To Have

experience with Medical Devices Industry
