As The Manager Of

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, you will focus on organizational culture development, program development and management, and internal training to further our commitment to foster an inclusive and equitable workplace. We believe

Your role will involve collaborating with departments to develop and implement strategies that foster more inclusive workplace and operating environments. You will work closely with leadership to drive cultural change and create opportunities for all employees and customers to thrive.

Essential

Duties

Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement a program that sets strategies for creating a more inclusive organizational culture to strengthen the employee and customer

experience. Apply change management principles to strategy implementation. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on DEI related matters by building shared understanding, addressing bias, and fostering inclusive leadership practices. Develop and implement comprehensive DEI training programs tailored to the needs of different departments and levels within the organization. Design and deliver workshops, seminars, and other learning opportunities to promote awareness and understanding of

diversity, equity, and inclusion issues. Develop and implement initiatives to create a shared understanding of the connection between an equitable and inclusive culture to employee success. Leverage processes and programs to integrate DEI principles into recruiting and onboarding processes and ongoing, professional development and career growth. Monitor employee life cycle processes to meet

equal opportunity guidelines that prevent unconscious biases. Partner with colleagues to help provide a DEI lens and promotion to initiatives. Conduct assessments and surveys to measure the effectiveness of DEI training programs and initiatives, and use data to drive continuous improvement. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of initiatives. Supervise the work of assigned staff, prioritizing and assigning work. Set goals and evaluate performance, providing timely and appropriate feedback, coaching and recognition. Identify training and professional development needs and monitor progress. Make hiring, termination, and disciplinary recommendations. Promote

diversity, equity and inclusion principles in all staff programs and activities. Perform other

duties of a similar nature or level, as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum

Qualifications

Five Or More Years Of

experience in a similar role, with focus on DEI training and organizational culture development. Three or more years of

experience partnering with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to drive cultural change. Typically associated with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development,

Diversity & Inclusion, or a related field.

An Equivalent Combination Of

education and

experience to successfully perform the job

Masters Degree in Human Resources,

Diversity & Inclusion, or a closely related field.

Working Conditions

100% of your work will be performed in an office environment and requires you to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. You will be required to move throughout and between different office buildings and may need to complete tasks in noisy environments. Hybrid telework is available for most administrative personnel.
