Responsible for providing molding operations with scheduled quantities of molten iron at the required chemistryResponsible for the charging of cupola melting system and emission systems including holding furnaces and iron carriersMonitors iron chemistry for carbon-silicon contentMaintain the melting equipmentEnsure safety of employeesMaintain a safe work environmentOversee all iron production and iron delays

To keep iron chemistry in the green rangeMake sure procedures and work instructions are being followedKeep track of employee attendanceIssue discipline as neededTo train or oversee training of employeesTo maintain production levels as called forEnsure Cupola operation and related equipment for maximum efficiency in the production of molten iron
