Senior Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all aspects of the accounting department's operations.Lead and mentor accounting staff, fostering a high-performing team culture.Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory

requirements and company policies.Develop and implement accounting procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, including financial statement preparation and analysis.Collaborate with other departments to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.Evaluate and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.Liaise with external auditors and tax professionals during audits and tax filings.Stay current with accounting standards and industry trends, recommending updates to accounting policies as needed.Provide financial insights and analysis to senior management to support decision-making and business growth strategies.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification preferred.Proven

experience 3+ in accounting management roles, with a track record of success.Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting

requirements.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal

skills.Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.Strategic thinker with the ability to drive process improvements and change initiatives.
