Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the Med/Surg department Provide leadership and support to nursing staff, ensuring the highest quality patient care Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction Implement and monitor policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
Education And Certification
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred, but not required Active RN license Minimum of 3 years of
experience in Med/Surg nursing Previous managerial or leadership
experience preferred Current BLS and ACLS certifications
