SummaryThe Client Relations Assistant provides administrative and organizational support to the team.
Responsibilitieswith answering phones and responding to external inquiries as well as scheduling internal and external meetings for the Client Relations team.invoices and track future invoice due dates; maintain expense reports related to events and sponsorships; copying and scanning as needed; coordination of incoming and outgoing packages.calendar of honors and award submission deadlines across practice groups; organize internal database in iManage and track results.and maintain contact information via InterAction, such as contact updates, creation of marketing lists, tagging client activities, adding new clients, etc.with tracking attorney speaking engagements.new clients are added to the CRM system and appropriate relationships are tracked in coordination with the Client Relations team.the Client Relations team with firm events and client dinners, including maintaining event calendar, invitation list research and development, tracking RSVPs and attendance, venue research, travel arrangements, preparing name tags, coordination of printed materials, and submitting materials for CLE credit.organization and tracking of pitch decks and RFPs in iManage.client relations team with research projects for practice groups and social media competitive analysis.with additional projects as needed.
QualificationsDegree required.minimum of one year of professional services or law firm
experience, preferably.level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.in use of Adobe Professional.to work under pressure while maintaining a high degree of professionalism.to foster a positive work environment.to provide support for detailed and complex projects.interpersonal and written communication
skills.team player willing to collaborate with others to accomplish required tasks.to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Must be able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
Compensationour Client Provides Competitive
compensation and
benefits to its employees, ensuring that they attract and retain the most talented individuals. The expected base
salary for this role ranges from $65,000 – $75,000. The base
salary offer is based on a variety of factors which include, but are not limited to
qualifications,
education and
experience.
