Production Supervisor - Packaging (ROTATING NIGHT SHIFT)

We Are Looking For An

experienced Production Supervisor to lead our Packaging team in our Manufacturing company. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the team and ensure that production goals are met. The successful candidate should have great leadership

skills, as well as the ability to motivate and mentor team members.

What You Will Be Doing

As Production Supervisor, you will set production goals and ensure that they are met, provide guidance and supervision to team members, and identify potential workflow issues and recommend solutions. Additionally, you will ensure that safety protocols are followed, and establish quality standards in accordance with company policies and procedures.

What You Need For This Position

5+ years working in the production department

Experience With Packaging!

Experience with leading 10+ people

Experience With Sap Software

Experience With Automated Machinery

Salary $65,000 - $75,000 Annually. (Depending on
