Da-Com, a St. Louis-based customer -focused technology firm is seeking a Field Service Technician to service office equipment, such as copiers and printers, in the St. Louis and Southern Illinois areas.

The Field Service Technician provides customer service by maintaining, servicing, and repairing office equipment at customer

locations within their assigned territory.

ResponsibilitiesService and maintain customer equipmentAssess and troubleshoot customer software in relation to copiers and printers.Maintain and repair company products and copier systems at the customer

location.Perform copier machine modifications, software upgrades, and maintenance.Maintain personal inventory stock and parts inventory.Coordinate with dispatch and keep them informed of activity and progress.Document service actions by completing reports and records as required.

Qualificationshigh School Diploma Or Equivalentprior

experience a plusValid driver's licenseExcellent customer service
