Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Large Loans / Conduit Lending

Overview

The Commercial Real Estate (CRE) team in New York is looking for an Associate to support our Conduit and Large Loan Origination effort.

Deutsche Bank's Commercial Real Estate Group provides financing to public corporations, private equity groups and individuals owning or acquiring commercial real estate assets in all property types including hotel and lodging, industrial, manufactured housing, multifamily, office and retail across the Americas, Asia and Europe.

In addition, CRE, through its Real Estate Special Situations Group, is an active investor in distressed commercial mortgages and other real estate debt instruments acquired in the secondary market from other financial institutions and non-bank lenders globally.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for preparing complex financial analyses and pricing modelsYou will oversee pooled analyst level resourcesYou will write internal investment summaries and credit memosCoordinate transactions within tight timeframes, involving several groups within Deutsche Bank, Joint Venture investment partners and third-party advisorsProduce institutional-quality presentations, case studies and marketing materialsYou will be responsible for Commercial Real estate underwriting, market analysis and valuation; you will have ongoing asset management

Highly Developed Organizational And Project/time-management

skills, with specific attention to detailStrong quantitative and analytical

skills with strong proficiency in Argus, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Prior Excel financial modelling

Expectations

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

salary range for this position in New York City is $135K to $175K. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set,

experience,

education, work

location and other

qualifications. Posted
