Experience And

Skills:Must have 3-10+ years of

experience as a Construction SuperintendentMust have 3-10+ years of

experience with Multifamily ConstructionLead and manage on-site construction teams, including subcontractors and laborersCollaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop detailed project plansCoordinate and schedule construction activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and deadlinesMonitor the performance of construction crews to ensure work is carried out according to specifications and safety standardsConduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with building codes and regulationsFoster effective communication between project team members, subcontractors, and other stakeholdersMaintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and provide regular project updates to senior management and clientsMonitor project costs and work closely with the project management team to control expensesProactively identify and address potential challenges or obstacles that may impact project progressBS in Construction Management or similar preferred

Benefits:Base

salary of $80,000 - $120,000, depending on
