Project Manager - Organizational Change Manager

Location: Carson City, NV

Duration: 15+ months (extendable)

Rate: W2 OR 1099

Bachelor's degree in Organizational Behavior, Business Management, or a related area of study or equivalent

experience.Change Management certification or designation desired: Prosci Certification a plus.Demonstrated

experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.3-5 years of Organizational Change Management

experience.Communicates clearly in English, both verbally and in writing, with project team members and stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and deliver requested deliverables on time.Excellent written and verbal

skills.Demonstrated can-do attitude. Must be a team-player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.Excellent Active listening

skills.Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
