Job Description

Responsibility: Provides comprehensive case managed primary care services in an ambulatory care setting. Contributes to quality assurance, staff development, and other programmatic and clinical functions.

Qualifications: Graduate of approved medical school. Completion of approved residency. New York State License. DEA Registration. Board Certified or Board Eligible required. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Thorough and up-to-date knowledge of principles and practices of medicine. Demonstrated ability to plan and conduct comprehensive treatment plans.

Experience in public health preferred. COVID Vaccination Required.WE ARE AN APPROVED NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE CORPS SITE.Full time (35 hours per week with full time

benefits)Pay: 195k-215k for full time (35 hours per week),

salary is dependent on years of

experience and board certification. Possibility of a sign in bonus and participating in an incentive program.

Benefits: 4 weeks vacation per year, 4 discretionary days, 13 paid holidays, 12 sick paid days, 4 paid CME days and reimbursement, medical insurance, life insurance, retirement, malpractice, etc.
