Responsibilities

As a Life Enrichment Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Assisting the Director of Life Enrichment in planning and implementing a variety of recreational programs and activities.Engaging with residents on a one-on-one basis to provide companionship and support.Setting up and organizing activity spaces, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.Encouraging resident participation in activities and promoting a sense of community.Documenting resident participation and feedback to aid in program improvement.Collaborating with the activities team to brainstorm and implement new and exciting ideas.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.Previous

experience in a similar role or a genuine interest in working with seniors.Excellent communication and interpersonal

skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Creativity and enthusiasm for developing and leading engaging activities.Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs and preferences of residents.
