Clinical Director

Empowered Staffing is partnered with Avenues Recovery Center, a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehab centers with ten

locations across five states. They are looking for a Clinical Director to join their team in Cambridge, MD to oversee the clinical operations of the 100-bed residential facility which offers inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation services.

The Clinical Director will provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to the facility to ensure smooth daily function.

Responsibilities:Ensure full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmapCultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team, providing consistent oversight, support, and professional developmentOversee client engagement and morale, interacting with every client and fostering a warm, encouraging, recovery-oriented atmosphereEnsure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary

Requirements:Master's degree or higher in a related field preferred5 years supervisory

experience in hospital/ residential setting preferred; 3 years

experience in chemical dependency/ dual diagnosed clientsCurrent LCPC OR LCSW-C license required
