Your primary focus is the production and oversight of a variety of landscape construction work, while managing the schedule, customer

experience, and crew dynamics.

Job

responsibilities

Read landscape design|construction plans and lay out a project accordingly

Sequence the order of operations for each landscape project from its initial demolition to final polishing

Accurately Assess The

skills of the crew and delegate tasks accordingly

Construct various hardscape elements such as retaining walls, patios, and pathways

Install various softscape elements such as trees, shrubs, and turfgrass

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of

experience in management of landscape maintenance work or estimating OR a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Landscape Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering or similar study OR associate’s degree in a related field.

Proficiency with landscape construction equipment (i.e., mini-ex, skid steer) and pulling trailers

Ability to access and navigate our bulk yard, loading areas, office space, and other areas of our facilities

Strength, stamina, and mobility to perform physical work outdoors, especially during hot and cold weather conditions

Strength, stamina, mobility, and ability to carry 80 pounds
