Job Title – Maintenance Unit Supervisor

Location: Davenport, Iowa

Base

Salary – USD $70,000 to $85,000

This is a 100% ONSITE position | 4 Openings.

Please Note

This position will supervise 12-hour shifts will rotate between day and night shifts every work cycle.***

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent (GED) from an accredited institution 3 years of hands-on maintenance

experience 2 years of supervisory

experience with direct reports Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Qualifications

Previous Supervisory

experience in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of Company policies, procedures, and practices related to HR/IR including the bargaining and local agreements is a plus. A working knowledge of principles and concepts of Lean Manufacturing (ABS) is required for effective business results.
