The CEO Task Force to Advance Racial Equity, a specialized team within the
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion organization is charged with making Equitable the most sought-after employer for diverse professionals. The Objective of the task force is to drive significant improvements for our company in three main areas: Representation & Advancement, Culture &
Experience, and Performance.
To help the task force achieve these objectives, we are looking to add a full-time team member to the Advisor Squad that is focused on developing and managing programs and processes to increase advisor productivity and support.
We are looking to add a Business Analyst to the Advisor Squad who will be responsible for;Drives problem solving and formulation of solutions to implement and enhance diverse advisor production, retention, development and overall success and well-beingConducts internal and external studies and analysis of trends and opportunities Works with teams across the organization to build programs, procedures, and initiatives to achieve Squad goals and desired outcomesAssesses and evaluates current Equitable Advisors processes, programs, and procedures and implements necessary amendmentsMeasures and oversees advisor and management programsAbility to analyze and synthesize business
requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processesReporting and analysis including executive reporting of key metrics and OKRs as well as ad hoc strategic analysisImplements and manages reports and dashboards ensuring leaders have access to key data required to successfully drive decisionsWork with stakeholders across the business to ensure that user stories are clearly defined, delivered and approved for deploymentGathers and analyzes both internal and external data including but not limited to hiring, sales production,
compensation, commissions, demographics, that will factor into the solutions the task force identifiesCollects and assesses ideas for programs, campaigns, relationships, policies and more for implementationDrives solution implementation, including project ownership and management, collaborating with teams across the organization
The Base
salary range for this position is $68,000-$102,000. Actual base salaries vary based on
skills,
experience, and geographical
location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides
compensation to reward performance with base
salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive
compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Experience Working Within Scrum Or Other Agile Teams Is A Plus

Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality
requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.
Storytelling: Knowledge of concepts and ability to plan, create and present business proposals, initiatives and ideas by storytelling actual business scenarios that are situation-specific, engaging, memorable and persuasive as compared to one-way, fact-based presentations.
Technical Writing/Documentation: Knowledge of technical writing; ability to write technical documents such as manuals, reports, guidelines or documents on standards, processes and applications.
