Position Purpose
Responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of a technology project to ensure it is completed on time and within budget.
Has overall responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing, vendors, and contractual deliverables.
Develops detailed project plans. Monitors project milestones and generates periodic status reports.
Evaluates and manages risk. Incorporates quality measures and standards to project deliverables.
Manages multiple medium to large sized projectsWorks with project stakeholders to develop an objective-based comprehensive project plan as per allocated time and budgetEstablishes, builds rapport, and maintains relationships with stakeholders, third parties and vendors to ensure their coordination with internal resourcesCreates, builds, and updates project schedules, project charters, status reports and work breakdown structuresTracks and reports on financial data, performance, and status of multiple projects by leveraging project management tools and techniques; continually reviews and makes recommendations to ensure adequate availability of resourcesIdentifies key project risks and manages them to ensure the delivery of business goals; escalates issues to management as neededFacilitates and determines the resolution of project-related conflicts including necessary corrective action(s)Ensures consistency and adherence to corporate operational standards and processesEnsures proper project closure including lessons learnedWorks with consultant staff performing a wide-range of project controls functions.Prepares information technology project status reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.Provides ad hoc project support to team members and/or departmentsPerforms other

Education/
Experience
Requires a Bachelor's degree and 4 – 6 years of related
experience.
Or Equivalent
experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge,
duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.

Pay Range $83,600.00 - $155,000.00 per year

work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's
skills,
experience,
