Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Engineer - Electromechanical Products

Location: Northwest Houston, Hybrid Role (On-site and Remote)

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and

experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully building or revamping value streams or product lines, as well as

experience with electromechanical components, equipment, or parts. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and ensure product quality. Light travel to Europe is required as part of this position.

Responsibilities:Value Stream and Product Line OptimizationLead efforts to analyze, design, and implement improvements to value streams and product lines for electromechanical products.Identify areas for optimization, efficiency gains, and cost reduction within manufacturing processes.Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations and enhance overall productivity.Process ImprovementConduct thorough analyses of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance process efficiency, quality, and safety.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and standard operating procedures.Quality AssuranceWork closely with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Implement quality control measures to monitor and maintain product quality throughout the manufacturing process.Investigate and resolve any quality-related issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.Supplier CollaborationCollaborate with suppliers to optimize materials sourcing and procurement processes.Evaluate supplier performance and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with company objectives.Documentation and ReportingMaintain accurate documentation of manufacturing processes, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process flow diagrams.Generate reports and present findings to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics, process improvements, and areas for further optimization.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent field.5-15 years of

experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on electromechanical products.Proven track record of building or revamping a value stream or product line.Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.Excellent problem-solving

skills with the ability to analyze complex manufacturing processes and propose effective solutions.

Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal

skills.Ability to travel internationally (light travel to Europe).Six Sigma certification or equivalent

experience (preferred, but not mandatory).
