Brand Marketing Intern

Forge Worldwide is a strategic and creative brand-growth firm located in the Back Bay/South End neighborhood of Boston. At Forge, we love participating in, and believing in, the meaningful work that our clients do. We are looking for a summer intern who wants to do work that matters, too.

Reporting to a Brand Manager,

responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Key

Responsibilities:Works with Brand Manager to support day-to-day project coordination for 2–3 key clients.Has a deep interest in and curiosity of their clients’ business and industry.Supports the development of creative briefs and client presentations, working with the team to capture key learnings.Conducts competitive research and shares findings internally.Collaborates with team members to facilitate the creative delivery process.Captures and shares call notes,

next steps, and timing for internal meetings and external client presentations.Supports trafficking of creative for their assigned accounts/projects, tracking due dates toward completion of overall project plans.

Added bonus: Offers design and/or copywriting support where needed.

Key

Requirements:Must be an undergraduate or graduate student studying marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field Strong organization and project management

skillsSelf-starter, entrepreneurial-minded and accountable team member

Experienced in social media and has a passion for keeping up with current trendsCreative and innovative thinkingExcellent written and verbal communication

skills

Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) a plus

Schedule And

Compensation: This is a full-time internship spanning approximately 12 weeks at 20-30 hours per week from June–August 2024.

Compensation will be $19/hour.
