Your Tasks

Forvia Hella is seeking its next great ADAS Project Manager to join our team. The primary function of this role will be to ensure

requirements satisfaction, scheduling, risk management, and problem resolution for R&D ADAS radar systems. This individual will be joining a well established and growing international team that is helping to move our electronics division forward.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the management and development of R&D radar ADAS technologies. Frequent project management activities include the oversight of customer

requirements as well as assisting with scheduling, risk management, and problem resolution activitiesConducting communication with internal and external partners in order to achieve the planning and completion of product release milestones.Coordinate with multiple technical groups (software, system, and validation) to manage all change management and fault analysis functions.Steer the system and software planning to assure the product maturity development along the product engineering process.Own all escalation and technical conflict resolution activities.Manage product development and project steering meetings.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, electronics, automation, computer science or similar.3+ years

experience conducting technical project management

Experience leading multiple functional groups such as System Engineering, Embedded Software Development, System Test, and Hardware DesignKnowledge of ASPICE, Functional Safety, and Cyber Security in the automotive fieldAbility to problem solve from an analytical and structured approachPrior

experience supporting ADAS programs (radar

experience is preferred but not required)
