You will serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their inquiries, providing guidance, and resolving any issues they encounter. Job Description

Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, serving as their main point of contact for all support-related matters.Proactively engage with partners to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities, and provide personalized support accordingly.

Product and Service Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of our products/services, including features,

benefits, and use cases.Provide comprehensive training to channel partners on product/service offerings, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources needed to effectively promote and sell our solutions.

Issue Resolution and Troubleshooting: Respond promptly to partner inquiries, troubleshoot issues they encounter, and provide timely and effective resolutions.Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and product development, to address partner concerns and escalate complex issues as needed.

Onboarding and Enablement: Facilitate the onboarding process for new channel partners, guiding them through the necessary steps to get started with our program.Deliver onboarding sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure partners are equipped to succeed.

Program Administration: Manage partner accounts and profiles in our systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Coordinate partner program enrollment, certifications, and compliance

requirements, and provide assistance with program-related queries.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor partner performance metrics, such as sales performance, engagement levels, and customer satisfaction. Generate regular reports and analysis to track partner progress, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the partner support

experience, streamline processes, and improve efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and initiatives that drive partner satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with 3 years proven

experience in channel partner support, customer support, or a similar role. OR High school diploma with 7 years proven

experience in channel partner support, customer support, or a similar role.Strong understanding of channel partner dynamics, vendor management, or partner relationship management principles.Excellent communication

skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with partners at all levels.Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

Qualifications

Experience in the technology, software, or telecommunications industry.Familiarity with CRM systems and partner portal platforms.Certification in partner management or customer support is a plus.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $70,080.00-$105,120.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and

compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific

compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including

skills,

qualifications,

experience and

location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive

compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive
