Genesis10 is seeking an IT Vendor Management Analyst for a 12-month contract position with a Firm in Basking Ridge, NJ. This position is hybrid requiring 3 days onsite.

Summary:Seeking an IT Vendor Management Analyst who has

experience supporting IT (Software, Hardware, Managed Services).

Responsibilities:Provide support to business stakeholders regarding RFx processes, technology capabilities and policies to assist in the procurement lifecycle.

Relationship building and management: facilitate the end-to-end sourcing process and closely collaborate with clients to select and award business to vendors. Demonstrate a strategic business mindset, executive-level presence, and balance multiple stakeholder interests simultaneously.Develop and negotiate contracts with new vendors and/or renegotiate existing contracts to balance lowest cost of ownership with savings objectives and risk management.Manage all technology contracts throughout the contract lifecycle, from the point of execution to termination of the agreement. Work with business stakeholders, vendors and legal to manage change orders and amendments to keep contracts current.Work with vendor management team leads to provide analytics and various reporting tasks for internal/external usage.Develop key performance indicator tracking mechanics and systematically report on vendor health for IT leaders.

Requirements:2-3 years'

experience within technology vendor management, or IT solutions/managed services environment.Detail-Oriented, able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Experience executing complex negotiationsStrong Excel, PowerPoint

experienceExcellent quantitative, analytical and project management

skillsStrategic mindset with excellent executive presence and organizational knowledge.Strong and effective verbal and written communication

skills.Broad understanding of business issues, metrics, organizational linkages, and customer value.Advanced analytical ability.
