Position

Summary:You will be put on a fast-paced 6-10 week training program allowing you to learn the ins and outs of this industry. You will learn about the history, vision, and mission of the Giddens Organization in our goal to protect the hard-working middle class. After becoming an expert in the day-to-day aspects of what we do, you will then have the knowledge,

skills, and guidance to sign a contract and enter your first promotion, earning you your first 15% raise!

What will be expected of me?

Obtain The

experience, knowledge, and know-how to run the business's day-to-day operations.Work hands-on with customers while tailor-fitting their permanent

benefits to their family's needs.Maintain a positive and impactful relationship with the long-lasting groups and associations we work with such as the Police Association, Nurses Association, Firefighters, Postal Workers, Iron Workers, Labor Unions, and many more.Enhance and develop your

skills in communication, leadership, organization, time management, networking, team building, and much more.Learn the logistics of a corporation and how to maximize earnings and profit margin.Demonstrated capacity for maintaining a proactive and optimistic demeanor, coupled with a keen enthusiasm for continual personal and professional development.
