Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day shop operations and train shop personnelEnsure accurate recording of manufacturing data and maintain physical plant and equipmentParticipate in annual performance reviews and the hiring processActively participate in project teams, ensuring effective communication and project accuracyManage both onsite and offsite warehouses, oversee graphic production, and ensure compliance with safety regulations

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of exhibit manufacturing or production

experience, with at least 7 years in managementBachelor's degree preferred, with demonstrated leadership

skillsKnowledge of exhibit operations and procedures, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and strong PC

skillsExcellent communication, organizational, and time management

skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlinesProficiency in reading construction drawings and problem-solving abilities
