Resident Hotel General Manager Description

Responsible for managing daily hotel operations.Will reside at the hotel and provided with a deluxe 2-bedroom suite with all housing expenses covered.Expected to meet revenue and profit goals while maintaining standards and ensuring exceptional guest and employee satisfaction.Environment emphasizes dignity, respect, and being a role model.Should excel in an independent operator role within company guidelines.Must have a passion for the extended-stay sector and engaging with individual guests.

Resident Hotel General Manager Financial Expectations

Manage annual budget, forecasting changes in expenses and labor costs.Provide business forecasts to manage costs effectively.Support sales efforts and train front desk staff on selling techniques.Adjust expenses based on revenue forecasts to maintain profit margins.Address budget variances and take corrective action.

Resident Hotel General Manager Guest And Employee Satisfaction Expectations

Personally handle guest complaints and maintain satisfactory guest satisfaction scores.Administer company policies for human resources and ensure fair treatment of employees.Maintain leadership standards and receive satisfactory employee satisfaction scores.Address any deficiencies and maintain acceptable employee turnover rates.

Benefits

Provided with a 2-bedroom apartment and utilities, including High-Speed Internet (pet-friendly).Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, along with a 401k retirement plan with company matching up to 6%.

Salary ranges from $55,000 to $60,000, depending on

experience.Total

compensation package includes

salary, free housing, and bonuses, totaling $100,000.Additional

benefits include Short and Long-Term Disability Income, Life and AD&D Insurance, and Vacation and Holiday/Sick PTO.
