Role Overview & Specifications

The Operations Coordinator is a member of the Greystar at University of Kentucky Campus Housing operations team who reports directly to the Associate Director of Operations. This person supports a variety of operations needs to support students, facility management and building operations, especially as it relates to Summer Turn. The coordinator provides hands on support and follow up to maintenance and operations staff across the entire residential building portfolio. This position requires flexible thinking, strong interpersonal

skills, time management, and customer service.

Position

responsibilities include but are not limited to: facilitating oversight to support all aspects of Turn in cooperation with maintenance and custodial operations for each area of campus. This person serves as a liaison to the University of Kentucky Auxiliary Services, Residence Life, UK Campus Access, and the University of Kentucky Police Department. Additionally, the Coordinator supports oversight of the general Turn budget, invoices, payments, and auditing of supplies for Turn related projects.

Job Description

Regularly meets and works in partnership with UK and other stakeholders to ensure daily facility management andoperations are successful. Prepares operations agendas, minutes, and communicates with campus partners, vendors, and Greystar offices. Actively participates in the preparation of yearly budgets, monthly forecasting, and turn related expenditures. Manages expenses and acts in a fiscally responsible manner. Works with the Assistant Director for Summer Conferences to ensure units and facilities are clean, well maintained,and move in ready for guests and conference groups. Engages in constant evaluation and development of policies and procedures. Conduct periodic inspections of custodial work, building entryway mats, intercoms, and special work orders. Assists with coordination and support of maintaining operations during emergencies and crisis situations. Works with Auxiliary Services to ensure efficient move-in and move-out of facilities, and proper response andreporting of FIXIT tickets. Works in conjunction with UK leadership and the UK Fire Marshall to maintain safe living learning environments. Manages operation and upkeep of the KeyTrak system, auditing Residence Life and vendor rosters. Other

duties as assigned.

Compensation Is Based On Geographic

location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related

skills, knowledge,

experience,

education, certifications, etc.

Corporate Positions: In addition to the base

salary, may be eligible for an annual performance bonus that is based on individual and company performance.

Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base

salary, may be eligible for a discretionary weekly, monthly and/or quarterly bonus based on budget.
