experience. Ideally you would have

experience defending defect claims and breach of construction contract, delay claims, and termination.

Responsibilities

Investigate and defend 1st and 3rd party claimsDrafting dispositive motionsAttending hearings in both state and federal courtPrepare legal reports and documents

Qualifications

JD and licensed to practice law in ColoradoStrong communication and interpersonal

skillsStrong legal knowledgeExpert legal writingPositive mindset with a good sense of humor

Compensation: Base of 125 - 165k with bonus, paid parking, 401k, insurance, etc.
