Join a leading EdTech brand as their Senior Director of Analytics where you will spearhead and manage their analytics department. This role involves taking charge of critical initiatives throughout their lifecycle, from ideation to execution, to enhance understanding of customer behavior.

The Role – Senior Director of Analytics Work hand-in-hand with Product and Engineering teams to dissect and understand the performance and impact of their innovative products and features.Lead the charge in establishing and advocating for best practices in analytics. Set clear goals and measure success through relevant metrics that drive the business forward.Dive deep into extensive datasets to unearth actionable insights. Identify customer segments that align seamlessly with business strategies and objectives.Take the helm in recruiting, mentoring, and managing a team of skilled analysts. Align their efforts with overarching business goals for impactful results.

Skills And

ExperienceExpertise in growth or product analytics, ideally within a consumer tech businessProven leader with the ability to build, scale, and lead teams Proficiency in interpreting user behavior data within product applications, including a robust understanding of clickstream data, along with hands-on

experience in developing the necessary infrastructure for effective data collection.

Experience with supervised and unsupervised segmentation models, A/B testing, linear and non-linear regression models, and causal inferenceExpertise in SQL, with a willingness to dive into databases as needed.

Experience with Tableau and other BI visualization tools.Demonstrated ability to establish productive cross-functional relationships within an organization.Strong verbal and written communication
