Growing marketing firm is looking for a Client Services Manager. The Client Services Manager will oversee a team of Project Coordinators and Account Managers who oversee business relationships with multiple client campaigns and sales offices. This role is the catalyst with every moving piece for the team and the projects they are overseeing. You would be responsible for coaching and leading a team of 4-10 employees who oversee a portfolio of business.

Oversee multiple team members and projects associated with all clients and Campaigns Collaborate with departments to ensure the successful launch and acceptable performance of our processes and proceduresParticipate in cross functional groups to establish campaign needs, sales training or needs direction and productive solutions Develop and ensure reports are relevant, timely, and impactful Manage and develop direct reports
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or other similar2+ years of leadership
experience. Proven track record of successful program management, people management/career development5+ years of account or project management
experienceScrum
experienceAdvanced Excel
skillsStrong communication
skills and ability to manage high volumes of information in a fast-paced environment
