Compensation: $80,000-$90,000

Inceed has growing oil and gas company to help find an eager IT Systems Administrator to join their team!

As a Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role in architecting, maintaining, and optimizing the company's core IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable and resilient IT infrastructure solutions, incorporating on-premises servers, cloud services (Azure), and network architectures. Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings within Microsoft 365. Configure and maintain Azure services (Azure AD, Entra SSO, Intune for MDM). Develop scripts (PowerShell, Python, etc.) to streamline IT processes, improve efficiency, and minimize manual tasks. Manage Windows Servers, configure Active Directory, network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, NAS devices), and remote desktop services for on-premises systems.

Qualifications &

Experience

4+ years of relevant

experience. Deep expertise in Windows Server and Active Directory administration. In-depth understanding of networking protocols, topologies, and security (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPNs, firewalls). Proficiency in cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred), including IaaS, PaaS, and hybrid cloud models. Advanced scripting

skills (PowerShell, Python, or similar). Familiarity with IT ticketing systems, preferably Freshservice.

Experience with remote management tools – Connectwise, Teamviewer, etc.

Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V). Expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions like Intune. Familiarity with SQL Server management. Proficiency in Azure AD, Entra SSO, and configuring single sign-on for Microsoft applications.
