Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Construction Manager to join an engineering and construction services company located in New York City. They would be answering calls with correspond, owner walk thru, oversee contractors, work with safety representatives, doing pay requisitions and change orders, keeping track of schedule. They would be onsite and need a NY PE. For work, every day they would be in a DEP office and either staying there all day or going on the job site. They would be doing lead services in the Bronx and Queens. They would be doing Outreach with home owners and have them sign agreements for this project, which would be taken care of by the inspectors. The Construction Manager would fix any problem with owners that occur.
