Duties,

Responsibilities & Other

This Position Will Provide Assistance To

experienced inspectors on active roadway and bridge construction projects.Must prepare detailed and timely reports to document construction progress, inspection and testing results.Prepare necessary records and measure field quantities, conduct field tests and other tests that may be required to determine contractors compliance with contract specifications.

Qualifications

High School diploma. Associates degree in Civil Engineering Technology or applicable field preferred.Minimum of 0 - 2 years of

experience required. Pre-employment drug screening is a condition of employment. Background and motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position.

Accurately Records And Reports Daily Forms Per Project

requirementsCommunicates effectively with client, contractor, staff, and supervisorProactively resolves problems at the lowest levelAdheres to project scope, schedule, and budgetReviews all work for completeness and accuracy prior to submittingSubmits accurate time sheets, mileage and expense reports on time each weekReviews jobsite safety daily and takes immediate action to document and resolve issuesUnderstands OSHA Safety Standards and KCI corporate policies and follows them at all timesMaintains all required certifications and participates in training courses as requiredUnderstands all applicable industry standards for project and performs all tasks per standards and client
