We are currently seeking a motivated Controls/Electrical Engineer to implement and maintain advanced automation and control systems at our plant site. Key
Responsibilities:Design, implement, and maintain automation and control systems, including PLCs, DCS, pneumatic circuits, and network communications.Ensure compliance with SIL/LOPA and other regulatory
requirements for control systems.Manage and update electrical and instrumentation documentation, including motor elementary diagrams and instrument loop sheets.Provide technical support to the maintenance team, assisting with routine and emergency work orders.Maintain archives of PLC documentation and control systems drawings.Develop and conduct training sessions for technical staff on control system operations and strategies.Oversee the IT systems related to plant automation in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.At least 3 years of
experience in electrical controls and instrumentation, specifically in a chemical manufacturing environment.Proficiency with Allen Bradley and Rockwell Automation controls systems.Strong understanding of IT and OT network communication protocols and security practices in ICS environments.Familiarity with Process Safety Management (PSM) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) regulatory standards.Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
